God is above and before all others. None compare to Him. He has created by His Word all that exists. All others will bow their knees and acknowledge His majesty. Some will resist to the end and kneel in defeat, receiving punishment for their rebellion; we choose to submit and kneel in adoration, receiving His embrace and love as we accept His gift.

Isaiah 26
v.9 My soul yearns for You in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for You.

Isaiah 7:9 ...If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.

The fellowship of faith, the household of God, the new life we are privileged to walk in and share with each other, is a never-ending, ever-changing adventure in growing, stretching, learning, trusting. We are daily given opportunities to decrease ourselves so that He may increase in us and through us. Dying to self, that most precious, free-will offering that we can give our Father, requires faith that He will receive it and pour Himself into our vessel to provide our needs as we minister to others.

2 Corinthians 6
v.16 For we are the temple of the living God. As God said: "I will live in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

God's grace cures disharmony & disorder in our relationships, as directly as we put our affairs, with their confusion and difficulties, into His hands. He begins to effect a cure which you can believe will cause you no more pain than a doctor, who plans and prescribes a cure, would cause his patient. You can have faith that God will do all that is necessary as painlessly as possible. But you must be willing to submit to his treatment, even if you cannot now see the meaning or purpose of it.
