Isaiah 41:10  Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteousness.

Colossians 2:6-7  So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Colossians 2:12  For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with Him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.

Philippians 2:9-11  Therefore God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, 10 so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Hebrews 4:15-16  For our high priest is able to understand our weaknesses. He was tempted in every way that we are, but He did not sin. 16 Let us, then, feel very sure that we can come before God’s throne where there is grace. There we can receive mercy and grace to help us when we need it.

Isaiah 43:2  When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.
May you rejoice at the fall of the old rulers and the breaking of the previous powers in your life when Christ comes into your heart, and be reassured that any attempt on their part to rise again will fail, but be vigilant, prayerful, and constant in devotion to God, lest the stumps of the sinful carnal nature which remain attempt to sprout again. 1 Samuel 5

May you pray for, and intercede on behalf of, those upon whom the hand of the Lord is heavy, that they may seek God's mercy and renounce their old allegiances when they experience the judgments of God, and seek the shelter and protection of God through repentance, leaving behind the old practices and lifestyle upon which His chastisement is directed. 1 Samuel 5

May you value the ministry of God, His Word and His Spirit, above the choicest treasure, and dread the loss of the blessing of His presence more than the loss of this life and all earthly possessions, seeking His return and how you can expedite it, unlike the Israelites who made no effort to recover the ark from the Philistines. 1 Samuel 6

May you seek to have peace with God and restore favorable standing with Him when He brings conviction, accepting the blame in humility, having no quarrel with His Word, embracing His truth rather than seeking to put it at a distance, laying down your pride of life lest you lose the Spirit of life. 1 Samuel 6

May you labor in patience, obeying the Lord each day and trusting His timing, for though Samuel sought to return Israel to the Lord for twenty years, when it was time, revival swept through the land. 1 Samuel 7

May you commit yourself wholeheartedly to the Lord, ridding yourself of the customs and traditions that slip in and accumulate slowly, serving only Him, with all of your heart, and He will deliver you into the freedom of His service from the encumbrance of your enemies. 1 Samuel 7

May your vision not be limited to the disaster that sin draws from God, lest by identifying with wickedness you believe the lie that God is angry with you, but may you see beyond the circumstances and find the redemptive love by which the Lord desires to draw you forth from the darkness into the light wherein you find life, and life more abundantly. 1 Samuel 7

My child, do not fear when the rains fall and waters rise. Though this is a trouble in the natural world which causes people to flee the floods that bring losses to many, it is not so in the spirit for those who love Me.
The rains are the abundance of My blessing, My loved one, more, far more than you would ever require, yet it is all available to meet your need, and a plentiful supply remaining for you to show and express to others in their need.
The abundance of rain collects in the streams and rivers that are My channels, causing the levels to rise. These outpourings come in their appointed seasons, My watchful one, for after the winter storms the waterways can be filled with debris and choked so that the water is still and not flowing.
The abundant rains which tell of the change of the seasons will lift the debris and clear a path through the dead litter. When necessary, the timely floods will cut a new channel, if the old one is too choked and wedged with the weight of dead wood. The outpouring of My blessings which bring new life in the springtime of the soul will not be denied.
Though many fear the unchained power and unrestrained surging of the Spirit's outpouring because it does not follow, nor is it subject to, the comfortable and confining traditions of man, it is not a fearful thing for My people who desire My will.
What is seen by some as wanton destruction by the risen water is My mercy at work, moving people from places and congregations where they have become lodged but don't fit to new locations where they can make fresh connections which feed their hunger and allow them to flourish and be fruitful.
When you feel the current tugging, My thirsty one, do not resist but go with the flow of My rising tide and trust Me, knowing that I am Lord of the raging water and the divided sea. I will bring the flood-tide of My love to wash you beyond the mire of doubt and fear, setting your vessel on its way to the place I have chosen, and clearing your path before you.

May God's questions hold your attention, for they are intended to test you, try you, and show you what is in your heart, so that you will know how to pray, and recognize the answer when it comes. John 6

May you not forget what the Lord has done, and wait patiently for His counsel, not challenging God's timing. Psalm 106

May you remember the God Who has saved you and has done great miracles and awesome deeds on your behalf in the face of the enemy, so that He will take pleasure in your worship as He brings you into His promises. Psalm 106

May you believe His promise and obey His word, worshiping Him in your heart and praising Him with others because of His blessing, that He may give you long life and preserve your children in all they do. Psalm 106

May you be willing to stand in the face of wickedness and have the courage to intervene in unrighteousness, so that God's anger may be pacified and the execution of God's judgment may be stayed. Psalm 106

May your trust and hope in the Lord as a refuge of safety extending even unto death, as it does for the righteous and the just. Proverbs 14:30

May wisdom repose in your heart and reside in your mind, as it does for the righteous and the understanding, so that the ignorant shall be taught and the simple shall learn. Proverbs 14:31
